Terms of Use

1. The Service

• Prices: currency, metal and remittance prices as reported by exchange offices and markets through an external data provider. They are for reference and may be delayed or differ from the actual rate at any office.
• Signals: analytical opinions written manually by the Service’s team; their status and results are also recorded manually and may be updated late. “Confidence” is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• News: headlines and links to articles by other publishers, opened from their sites.
• Tools: such as the currency converter; their results are approximate.

The Service executes no trade or money transfer, and it is neither an exchange office nor a broker.

2. Not financial advice

Everything in the Service — including signals — is general information only and is not investment or financial advice, nor an invitation to buy or sell any instrument. Your investment decisions are yours alone. We recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser and never risking money you cannot afford to lose. Win rates and statistics shown are a record of past performance, not a promise of future performance.

3. Your account

• You can use parts of the Service as a guest; accounts are created through Google or Apple.
• One account per person, and we may ask you to verify your phone number for that reason.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for your device and what happens on it.
• You can delete your account at any time from More → your account card → Delete account.

4. Subscriptions

• Some content, such as paid signals, is available to subscribers only.
• A subscription is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
• We may suspend or cancel a subscription for breach of these terms, in particular for redistributing paid content.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Redistribute, sell or share signals or paid content with non-subscribers, including screenshots posted to channels and groups.
• Collect data automatically or scrape prices with software, or access the Service other than through the app and website.
• Try to bypass content restrictions, reverse-engineer the app, or disrupt the Service.
• Create multiple accounts, abuse phone verification, or impersonate anyone.
• Upload a profile photo that is unlawful or indecent, that you have no right to use, or that impersonates someone else — we may remove it.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The app, website, the Borsa PRO brand, signals and texts belong to the operator. News belongs to its publishers, and price data to its sources. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own purposes under these terms.

7. Third-party content and ads

• News and external links are shown from their owners’ sites, and we are not responsible for their content.
• Ads are labelled “Ad” and belong to advertisers; showing them is not an endorsement, and any dealings with them are your responsibility.

8. Notifications

Notifications are optional and you control them in the app. We don’t guarantee their delivery or timing, so don’t rely on them alone for urgent decisions.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change its features or discontinue some or all of them, and it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial or business loss, lost profit, or indirect damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content — including signals and prices — or from its interruption or errors.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region and the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Erbil have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and change the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use the Service after an amendment means you accept it. We will tell you about material changes by notification or inside the app.
